Willowridge in Fonthill, developed for Rinaldi Homes, reached completion in its latest phases in 2025. The contemporary townhome blocks introduced a refined architectural language to the streetscape, characterized by clean geometries, bold material articulation, and expressive entry conditions that reinforced a contemporary residential identity.

The design strategy established a consistent yet varied compositional framework across the community, strengthening overall cohesion while allowing for subtle differentiation between units and blocks. This approach contributed to a coherent streetscape rhythm, enhancing both spatial legibility and neighbourhood continuity.

The completed phases advanced the broader transformation of Willowridge, demonstrating how disciplined architectural planning and material clarity can elevate suburban residential environments into cohesive, livable communities.
