The 5 Baker Street Apartments is a five-storey, 60-unit residential development designed to deliver high-quality, purpose-built housing within a growing Niagara community. Completed in 2025, the project introduces a contemporary and efficient building form that responds to its urban context while strengthening the surrounding neighbourhood fabric.

The development features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, thoughtfully planned to maximize natural light, functionality, and long-term livability. Accessibility and inclusive design principles were integrated throughout, ensuring the building supports residents of varying ages and mobility needs.

From early planning through construction, our team worked in close collaboration with Niacon to translate vision into reality. The result is a durable, well-crafted residential building that contributes meaningful density, supports local housing demand, and provides 60 new homes in the heart of Thorold.
