Tender Closed for New Pelham Fire Station No. 1 as Construction Nears

The tender for the new Fire Station #1 is now officially closed, and construction is set to begin soon.

Our team is proud to be leading the design of this 13,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, featuring a 6,500 sq. ft. five-bay truck hall (including two drive-through bays) to support front-line engines, tankers, and rescue vehicles. Designed as both a Post Disaster Building and Emergency Operations Center, the new station will play a critical role in keeping the community safe and prepared.

A unique feature of the project is an integrated museum component, thoughtfully designed to showcase and celebrate Pelham’s rich fire service history, creating a space for the community to connect with its legacy while looking toward the future.

This project marks an exciting new chapter, replacing the existing station that has served Pelham for decades. We are honored to help bring this essential community infrastructure to life.
