Our team is excited to share that a 9-storey mixed-use apartment building in St. Catharines has officially advanced to the Site Plan Approval (SPA) stage.

The proposed development introduces a bold, Miami-inspired design, characterized by a crisp black-and-white palette, striking geometric forms, and clean modern lines that bring a contemporary flair to the City’s evolving urban fabric. The building integrates ground-floor commercial units with residential suites above, promoting a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly streetscape and enhancing the area’s mixed-use character.

This project reflects our studio’s continued focus on modern urban living, context-sensitive design, and architectural expression through form and contrast. We look forward to collaborating with City staff and consultants as the design progresses through the approval process.
