Construction Progress Update: 320 Geneva Street Reaches the Third Floor

Construction continues to advance at 320 Geneva Street in St. Catharines, with the building now reaching the third floor as block walls and structural construction progress on site. It is exciting to see the project steadily rise and the overall form of the building beginning to take shape.

After months of planning, coordination, and approvals, the project is now well underway. As masonry and structural work continue, the massing and scale of the development are becoming more visible along the Geneva Street corridor.

We were also pleased to see the project recently highlighted in the St. Catharines Standard in an article discussing the strong year for building permits across the city. It is encouraging to see continued investment and growth in St. Catharines, and we are proud to be contributing to new housing in the community.

Our team continues to work closely with the contractor and consultant team as construction moves forward. We look forward to sharing additional updates as the building continues to rise over the coming months.
