Construction is officially underway on the new Town of Pelham Fire Station #1

This project is uniquely phased to ensure uninterrupted emergency response operations throughout construction. Phase 1 maintains the existing apparatus bay fully operational while the new apparatus bay is constructed. Phase 2 then shifts operations into the new bay while the remainder of the station takes shape.

Careful planning, coordination, and sequencing are critical in delivering a modern facility while keeping first responders mission-ready every step of the way.
