As part of the City of Niagara Falls’s At Your Service customer service transformation, we had the privilege of working with the City on renovations at City Hall and the MacBain Community Centre. This initiative is central to a new, modernized approach to municipal service delivery that aims to make connecting with City services easier, more efficient, and more responsive to how residents prefer to engage.

The renovation projects focused on improving accessibility, customer service, and the overall public experience, supporting the City’s goal of eliminating guesswork and creating seamless interactions between residents and municipal services. These upgrades help establish welcoming, accessible spaces that reflect the City’s commitment to a streamlined and community‑focused civic environment.
